bFocus started from a familiar irritation: a company pays for one tool for tickets, another for projects and a third one to tell customers what changed — and none of them talk to each other. So we decided to build a single platform, with pricing that does not punish growth and with the customer's brand on it, not ours.

Fast for the people using it
Every technical decision has to answer one question: "does this get faster for the person on the other side?" Hence async FastAPI, Valkey caching on the dashboards and the widget served from a CDN.
Privacy by default
No passwords (a code sent by email or WhatsApp is safer), no cross-site tracking and no tracking cookie in the widget. Audience measurement on this site only starts after you accept it.
Pricing that does not punish growth
Charging per user penalizes companies that hire people. Users are unlimited on every plan, and the AI runs on your own company key — no charge per resolution and no margin of ours on top of tokens.
The brand is yours
The widget and the chat use each product's brand; the emails and the app use your company's brand.
