1. The service
bFocus is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides a ticket desk with chat and an AI assistant (Support module), project and task management (Projects module) and lead capture and follow-up through your website, with assistant conversations and follow-up email (Sales module), with customer, product and team records on the same platform. The services are provided by Berni Software.
2. Sign-up and responsibility
The account administrator is responsible for every user they add, for the content stored and for API usage. You must keep your account information up to date.
3. Plans and billing
The plans are listed at /precos. Billing is monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, processed by credit card. You can change plans or cancel at any time — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades and cancellations apply on the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use bFocus to send spam, host illegal content, violate third-party rights or engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Data and ownership
The data stored in your account belongs to you. On cancellation, the account is deactivated and the data is deleted on request, in accordance with the LGPD.
6. Availability
Our target uptime is 99.9% per month.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance by email and in-app.
